q. What's the best age to begin?
Almost any age, but a child should be able to hold their instrument comfortably. Our instructors teach students from ages 6 to 60 and above!
q. Do I need to be able to read music?
If you have a desire to learn, you can learn chords, and melodies without knowing how to read music. However, the ability to read music will broaden your musical opportunities.
q. How long do I have to take lessons before I can play?
Our skilled instructors will have you playing chords and simple melodies usually within 4 to 8 weeks. Of course practice is what makes students excel.
q. How many hours a day should I practice?
The standard practice time is 30 minutes per day.
q. How long are lessons?
Lessons are typically 1/2 hour in length, although longer lessons are available.
q. How many lessons are scheduled per month?
Lessons are scheduled weekly (4x per month).
q. What is the cost of private lessons?
Lessons are scheduled by the month and are either $100 per month (4 weeks) or $125.00 per month (5 weeks).
